PSYCHOLOGICAL MEANINGFULNESS OF WORK EFFECTS ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE

This study aims to determine the psychological meaningfulness of work and engagement effect on organizational commitment. The convenience technique was used collect data from 307 respondents with 123 184 generations X Y in Human Resource Department (HRD) Jakarta, Indonesia. Path analysis conducted diagnose commitment, using SPSS Macro Process Hayes 2013. hypothesis test confirms that significantly affects generation without affecting Meanwhile, influences commitment perfectly mediates Conversely, has a positive significant among generation. proves no increase rise engagement. Therefore, millennials are more challenged carrying out their work.
